Our Warranty policy outlines the eligibility, coverage period, conditions, limitations, and terms associated with product warranties.
The warranty coverage period is set at 12 months, starting from the date of the order invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions. In the event of malfunctions resulting in damages to the item, the manufacturer will provide a replacement.
Additional conditions for the warranty policy include KNKG's entitlement to investigate the causes of claimed malfunctions, reserving the right to grant replacements at our sole discretion. Damages caused by user fault are not covered, and proof of purchase must be provided with warranty claims.
Limitations to the warranty exclude conditions resulting from uses other than intended, incorrect maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, shipping damage, buyer's remorse, normal wear and tear, and previously displayed items.
Return shipping label costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of KNKG. The warranty replacement process is initiated upon the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) by our team.
KNKG makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and KNKG expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, KNKG disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.
For consumer transactions, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All returns, refunds, and warranty claims must be filed by the consumer directly to KNKG, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
